The Pomeranian Special Economic Zone was established on the basis of a Cabinet resolution of 11 July 2001, resulting in the merger of two Special Economic Zones - in Tczew and Żarnowiec. The Zone will operate until 31st of December 2026. PSEZ is the owner of Gdańsk Science and Technology Park and Baltic New Technologies Port, which was created on part of former Gdynia Shipyard grounds.

The PSEZ has an total area of 1,452.7403 ha from which about 292.1 ha is still available for investors. The Zone is situated at 24 locations in four regions of the northern part of Poland. Our subzones are conveniently connected with international airports, seaports and highways.
