Polish company LiveChat, a producer of client-relations software, has ambitious plans to have 30,000 users of its software by 2016. LiveChat produces a chat-type interface which allows customers to get advice or sales contact through a chat on a company website. The company’s planned turnover of $30 million should allow it to debut on NASDAQ. LiveChat Software is the world's third largest player in the market. Currently the application produced by the Polish firm is used by 9,4 thousand companies, out of which the vast majority is non-Polish.
LiveChat is a small firm with the headquarter in Wrocław. It was founded in 2002.
